Workstations or PCs are a core component of any business. At XIT we work with our clients in selecting and configuring their workstations seamlessly into the network. We also provide support for their ongoing maintenance and support. We specialise in supporting all workstation types, including Microsoft, Macintosh and Linux.
XIT has extensive experience in designing, configuring and implementing Microsoft Server, Linux, VM's and Macintosh operating system servers. We also assist in advising and purchasing servers that will support your business and integrate seamlessly with the rest of your network.
Server and workstation maintenance is often an area overlooked in many businesses. Like servicing your car, technology maintenance is an essential element in ensuring that your technology infrastructure keeps running effectively. Our engineers provide a weekly service to ensure the constant functioning of our client's environment. Typically a 12 month contract is signed and an engineer can be on site from 2 hour a week to 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.
