How requested response-time affects charge Rate.

 

Preliminary

 Provide 15 minute preliminary phone consultation to diagnose extent of problem and attempt basic resolution within 2 hours.

2 Hour Response

Request responded to within 2 hours from time call logged with XIT.

4 x

4 Hour Response

Request responded to within 4 hours from time call logged with XIT.

3 x

Before Close Of Business

Request responded to before close of business day when logged with XIT before 11am and response-time requested at time of logging.

2 x

Before Next Morning

Request responded to before opening of business day when logged with XIT before 4pm and response-time requested at time of logging.

Terms & Conditions:
- These prices are exclusive of G.S.T.

- Payment terms are 7 days by account.

- The above rates apply to work performed during the normal business hours of 8:00am - 7:00pm Monday - Friday.

- After 8 hours of contiguous service on any one call a continuation premium of 1½ x will be charged on hours after the initial 8.

- Services requested or used outside of these hours will be charged at 1½ x.

- Emergency requests will be charged at higher rates.

- Customer can elect to terminate provision of emergency services at any time, but the 2 hr minimum will be charged if terminated in less than 2 hours.

- Calls made by customers directly to engineers will be charged and treated as emergency calls and charged appropriately.

- Any call where the customer cites that it is an emergency will be charged as such.

- If a customer expresses that a job needs to be handled before the end of the day it will be treated as an Emergency and charged accordingly.
